Description: Members of the Latina/o Caucus and ACT UP Puerto Rico jointly produced a manifesto on the state of AIDS in Puerto Rico, denouncing the Commonwealth Government's negligence. The document was produced in time for the ACT UP actions that took place in Puerto Rico during the summer of 1990, which became the first direct actions protests around HIV/AIDS on the island.
