Description: Prior to the formation of the Latina/o Caucus, Latino members in ACT UP participated in the large demonstrations against the Catholic Church in NYC in 1989 and 1990. The Spanish Language Committee, which preceded the Latina/o Caucus, would translate flyers, informational and promotional materials. It is unclear which Stop the Church protest this poster is from.
